Brian Robinson is a professional musician with over thirty years of experience. A Musicians Institute graduate, he boasts a certificate in jazz fusion and rock. Brian has contributed to several bands ranging from rock ‘n’ roll to gospel. One of the highlights of his career was playing bass for a gospel music group featuring rich harmonies, strong lead vocals, complex arrangements, and groovy bass lines. Although a challenge, this experience made him the multi-faceted musician he is today. Passionate about his craft, Brian played with several groups and churches around greater Los Angeles simultaneously. These groups included RJM gospel group, Victory Outreach Eagle Rock, Calvary Baptist Pacoima, and Santa Clarita Christian fellowship where he served as the music director for five years. When he was not playing bass, Brian sang tenor with several group he was associated with. In 2000 Brian co-founded the group Melodious Hearts for which he was featured as the lead vocalist. In 2004 he joined the group Chozen 2, which lead to the recording of their CD Higher, featuring gospel artist Elaine Norwood and R&B artist/actor, Tony Grant. Brian has decades of experience performing and recording various styles of music. He continues to study music and is an active player with the bands, True That! and MoonRidge.
